Repair Lifetime Warranty
At Hi-Touch Mobile, we stand by the quality of our repairs and offer a lifetime warranty on all the repaired parts and our workmanship.
What is Covered?
Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that result in a functionality failure of the replaced part during normal usage. If a part we installed fails due to these reasons, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What is Not Covered?
· Wear and tear (e.g., gradual degradation of parts, minor scratches, or cosmetic issues).

· Physical damage (e.g., drops, cracks, dents, or any forceful impact).

· Water or liquid damage.
​
· Any components or issues not included in the original repair.
​
· Battery replacements - as batteries naturally degrade over time due to regular use. However, it’s covered under 180 days warranty period.
Other Assessment & Repair Risks
· Customers acknowledge that their devices are already in a faulty state when brought in for repair. In some cases, pre-existing internal damage may not be apparent initially and may surface during or after the repair process. Hi-Touch Mobile is not liable for any underlying issues that may emerge at any time.

· If your device is dust or water-resistant, please note that it may lose its original resistance rating after repair. We do not guarantee continued water or dust resistance post-repair.

· The warranty is void if a third party inspects or attempts to repair the device after our service.
​
· Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer - As an independent repair provider, we do not represent any device manufacturer. Repairs conducted by Hi-Touch Mobile may void your manufacturer’s warranty. Please confirm with your device provider if this is a concern.

· Parts Used in Repairs - Repaired or replaced parts may not be genuine manufacturer components but are high-quality compatible parts and comes with Lifetime Warranty. Customers can inquire about part details before repair.

· Data & Privacy Responsibility - While data loss is unlikely, Hi-Touch Mobile is not responsible, in some rare cases, for any loss of settings, software, or stored data.
